For being a regular customer to melting pot and suggesting to go here with a group of 6 was a huge mistake. Not only was this the worst experience, I would not recommend this location. Our reservation was at 6:30, although we did wait for 2 others to show up, we were leaving the restaurant after being there for over 3 hours. Never got the salad that was part of our $80 meal per person. Our server brought the main broth (after being there for over an hour and a half) and took 30 additional minutes to bring our raw meat, which then sat next to our table, on a tray, for additional time because she checked on another table before placing our raw meat on our table. The bar had one bartender for the entire restaurant, so drinks were also slow. Not entirely our serves fault, however 3 drinks were never put into the system after 3 other drinks were sitting on the counter waiting to be brought to our table for 10 minutes (we were sitting right by the bar and ordered the drinks 30 minutes prior). Being in the restaurant industry for 6+ years as a server and bartender and I have never written a “bad review”, but this experience was truly unacceptable.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday at Melting Pot. We had a wonderful time, The waiter Ryan was excellent. The bar tender Justin was so enjoyable. The food and drinks were excellent. We can't wait to go back. We highly recommend Melting Pot for an exceptional experience.

Always a good experience! Only difference this time was the server taking care of the section next to us was practically screaming . Was hard to converse with just the four of us over him. Loved the Mac and Cheese options for cheese course

We had a wonderful date night at Melting Pot. While it is on the pricier side, the food was top quality and delicious! We also really enjoyed our cocktails from the bar and highly recommend if you're a bourbon fan to ask for the old fashioned Justin's way. He came out to the table, chatted with us and made drink recommendations. You can tell he truly enjoys his mixology craft.

Food and service is great as usual. We had a special occasion they recognize that when we got there and so did the waitress and the hostesses that were there we're also both very nice and courteous.
