   Although the pub was warm and friendly the food was a disappointment. Meals were not hot, some over cooked and generally not enjoyable or good value for the cost.

   I had the fish pie which was quite disappointing. At £21.00 I thought it very expensive for what it was. It wasn’t tasty and seemed predominantly mashed potato. It was more like a cheap one from a supermarket.my friend had a chicken dish which was fine.

   This is our go to restaurant in Morecambe! The food and the service is superb. We've tried the gluten free fish & chips,the parmo garlic & mushroom,the gluten free sweet potato & chickpea curry, - never had any reason to complain about anything. Prices are also very competitive. Whilst we are in Morecambe on a regular basis for 3 night breaks we always dine at The Morecambe Hotel on 2 nights. Highly recommended.

   Waited over an hour for food to be served and when served was luke warn appeared that they had forgotten our order as tables seated after us were served before us. Only 2 people waiting on so had to go fo the bar to get drinks as were not asked once id we wanted drinks throughout our viait. The food waa a giod size portuon and had it been hit would have been lovely. The restaurant was not full whixh would have made the lack of attention and service more understandable. Very disappointed

   Service was exceptional Food was good just too much for us to manage so took left overs home for the dog) Ambience was romantic and relaxed Will be returning again Highly recommended

   We had a great time. The food was amazing - so tasty and fresh. The portions were generous and the range available was excellent. We really loved our meal! The service was great and we weren’t pestered or rushed. It was a birthday celebration and they were very happy for us to bring a cake. Thanks so much to Andy and the team for a great experience!

   I had the sea bass, which was absolutely delicious! I can honestly say that it was the best meal out for a very long time! Everything tasted fresh and cooked perfectly. I will certainly return. Ambience only got 4 stars as the door was open so that children belonging to the large group next to us could get in and out for the play area, which made it a bit chilly. Apart from that, it was great!

    A pleasant dining room, attentive staff. But expensive. Two of us had the roast, one beef, one lamb. Nice vegetables, but completely spoiled by the meat. I would have thought for £20 (less for a small plate) the meat would have been carved from a joint, not a rubbery prepacked slice.
