The Palm Court’s Afternoon Tea truly shines with custom tableware and china, a fragrant tea list steeped in history, and of course, a bit of precocious Eloise too. Guests are invited to nibble on our in-house Pastry Chef’s unique culinary offerings like delicate finger sandwiches, buttery scones and elegant desserts, which are all made from scratch with local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

Hours:
Breakfast* | 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Confirmed breakfast reservations at The Palm Court
are reserved for hotel guests at this time.

Afternoon Tea | 11:00 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Evening Prix Fixe | 6 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Reservations are not required but recommended
*Evening prix fixe menu ends at 10:30 p.m.
*Based on hotel occupancy. Hotel guests will be priority.

    Overpriced for the quality and quantity of afternoon tea. We have travelled the world and had afternoon tea at places like Claridges, The Savoy and The Goring. This does not even come close to the service, quality or quantities. We felt rushed through, they did not recognise that it was a birthday booking, no one spoke through the menu and it costs us near to $1k for 4 of us. Really would not recommend to anyone

    This was a bucket list item to attend tea at Tbe Plaza with my daughters-in-law and my granddaughter. The experience exceeded my expectations.

    The Plaza never miss!! Service is always great. The holiday decor beautifully done. Great pleas to end or start the year. Elvis our Maître d' was great!!!

    This was an incredible experience! It was a beautiful dining room, the staff were so kind and helpful and the food was outstanding I couldn’t recommend this higher to anyone who is thinking about it, do it!

    It’s the best afternoon tea experience ever. The food, especially those savory sandwiches, was just delicious. Loved the ambience and the service was always pleasant. Can’t wait to get back.

    Una cena terribile per la qualità del cibo servono soltanto pane non è specificato bene il menu si presenta di tante portate, ma in realtà sono tre mini sandwich terribile di qualità. Non è proprio un servizio dal Plaza che ricordavo. Ho alloggiato tantissime volte negli anni, ma negli ultimi cinque è davvero peggiorato.

    It’s the plaza- we loved the interior and the service was good - nothing too special, forgot about our drinks at some point. The food was disappointing- we weren’t aware it was a set menu, which is fine, however it was dry and I would say the afternoon tea was below the average. We’re British so we had a fair share of those.

    The food and service was really good. The only negative thing is they automatically takes 18% in tip without asking. It's pricey from the begging so 18 on top is a bit much. It would be nice to be asked how much you wanted to tip
