   Food is really good here, salad bar exceptional. Three of us had prime rib, one blackened, one med-well and one med-rare and they were all perfect! Husband had the ribeye which he said was great and he’s picky about his steaks. Cyndy was a seasoned pro at her job as she was very busy but didn’t miss a beat. We will be back soon.

   The restaurant was jamming tonight. Our reservation was at 5:00, dining room opens at 4:30, a few tables were available but taken shortly. If you don’t make a reservation, you won’t get in for hours.

   It’s the place to go for prime rib. Always done correctly and very tender. Our server Sofia was friendly and attentive to everything we needed. If you eat before 6pm you get a little break on the cost.

    The last 3 dining experiences were.. less than previous dining experiences. I order my beef medium well, I received medium to medium rare beef. I order the prime rib grilled, and it is grilled on only one side. This is disappointing. I hate to send it back, by the time the entree is returned, my partner has almost finished his meal and my potato is cold.. 😮‍💨. Waitress is ALWAYS excellent, apologetic, and offers to return the entree to the kitchen.
