This was our third visit to The Queenβs Arms. The food is nice but a tad greasy. Also, the burger was served on a saucer barely larger than the burger itself, not very convenient. Despite these small points, we are always happy to return because of the great ambiance and staff.

second time in the city and second time to this delightful pub. the staff especially Abby (leading the troops) run a fantastic restaurant/bar. it's sometimes often disappointing returning to a place for the second time as it it is often not as good. On this occasion this is certainly untrue, the whole visit was as good as the first time I visited. food especially the Sunday roast is a must.
On our third visit to the city ( as I am sure there will be another visit) we will certainly visit this establishment once more for great service, great food and great atmosphere but make sure you book as you certainly do not want to be disappointed when it is busy (as it rightly is most of the time)

Sunday sharing roast was ok but slightly cold. Meat tasted nice but was a little tough. Waited 45 minutes for food to come with no communication. Sat on a tiny high table in a walk way even though we booked and informed them we were bringing our dog. No water offered to the dog. Food could have been amazing with a bit more effort.

Great time. We had a few pints with dinner. It was a good dinner. Fish and chips were amazing. The chicken and mushroom pie was just as good. Great environment. Would definitely go again.

Called and told me there were no reservations, but then I found out online there were openings, so I reserved and went on a Sunday. The Sunday roast was already sold out. the menu is highly limited and the place was WAY TOO hot. Service folks were rude and seemed tired.

The Queens Arms on Frederick Street is a lively pub offering good pub grub. They do a daily pie and we had the chicken and mushroom pie; there are other good options to choose from on the menu. A good selection of beers and wine is also available. They have booth type tables as well as regular tables to sit at. Very friendly and helpful service staff.
