    The Ranch at Las Colinas is my favorite restaurant. My go-to meal is the Chipotle Meatloaf with a double portion of whipped potatoes. It checks all the boxes for me. That smoked tomato poblano salsa is fantastic! The waitstaff is always knowledgeable about the menu and great at making recommendations when I can't figure out what I want. The drinks are perfectly crafted according to the menu, and they are always good pours. I always go on my birthday and a few times a year for special occasions.

    The reservation was confirmed for a 9:45pm for New Year’s Eve. When we arrived they mentioned that the kitchen and bar would close at 10pm! Never on the website did it mention closing at “normal” hours! The open table app even gives you the option to pick the latest time of 9:45. It did say that you only have the table for an 1 1/2 hours. The staff was cleaning around us and felt rushed to order!

    Th Ranch is one of our favorite goes too! The food, service, and ambience is always amazing! The Elk tacos and sliders on the happy hour menu are a great starter! Two of our favorite mains are the Texas Raised Redfish and the Pork Chop. We have taken many newcomers from out of town here and they all love it! A must visit in Las Colinas especially during their live music hour!

    We had the tomahawk and ribs. Tomahawk stole the show. Gave all 4 of us a great taste. I would have given 5 * but our fries weren’t fresh and the service was very spotty at the start but then progressed nicely. We all graded the tomahawk above our steakhouse experiences @ Bob’s, Perry’s, Pappa’s Bros, Old Hickory… Brussel sprouts the best we’ve had. Def will go back.

    Went to The Ranch the first time for Sunday brunch and it was amazing! Very quiet, food was on point and fast, and our waitress was absolutely perfect. Brought friends from Cali and it was the perfect Texas brunch experience. Will return for sure!

    Fantastic time with friends we hadn’t seen for a year. Our server, Amy S, made our experience even more special with her patience and accommodating service! The wood and leather surroundings are most appropriate for a place called The Ranch. The food was great from the meat and cheese board, to the bone in ribeye, to the meatloaf and fajita plate and were all a good value. The Ranch is one of all 4 of ours favorite place to dine and even though my wife and I live out of town, I don’t hesitate to dive the 40 minutes to get there. We’ll be back!

    Wonderful service and the food was delicious. The server was very attentive, the Mac&cheese is out of this world, baby ribs great.

    Anything and everything we have ordered at The Ranch is always well prepared and very, very good. The chicken fried steak is excellent, steaks are great, and the seafood is equally good. Highly recommend the pecan pie!
