   Food was not cooked correctly, service was non existent and the drinks were off. Sorry but this was not a good night, not sure what’s going on but we won’t be back anytime soon

   Hi Lisa, when we realized you were unhappy, the server contacted the manager who promptly visited to address concerns. The impression from that conversation was the food was perhaps not to your liking as opposed to being cooked incorrectly. Your companion requested A1 steak sauce which we don't have and this was unfortunately a big disappointment. We make our sauces from scratch and instead offered our home made demi-glace. We additionally gave a discount on your meal to compensate for this. Drinks were a diet Coke and a Dirty Shirley, a drink that's very popular and relatively simple to make with small room for error. That said, we are always, always happy to remake or replace any drink or food to suit the customer's liking. I hope staff were given the opportunity to fix it for you.

   We go here occasionally and wonder why we don’t go more often. The food was outstanding. My wife had the salmon and I had the ribeye. Both were cooked perfectly and very tasty. Even the veggies were delicious. Our server did an excellent job. We’ll definitely be back!

   Excellent dinner! It was a pop up of New Orleans inspired dishes and everything was delicious. A hidden gem!

   So we are regulars at this restaurant. The food is consistently delicious and staff is always upbeat, educated to the menu and attentive. They have great bands playing some nights which has always blown us away. Ya cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. They tried a new concept 12/9. The manager created a New Orleans theme menu. They had a DJ spinning a wide range of NOLA music too. WHAT A GREAT TIME! The menu was new so kitchen staff had to work new items for a sold out crowd. It worked! We hope this is a regular Monday offering.

   Have always loved the RM but the last 2 times we have eaten there have been disappointed. Tonight was Special ‘Nola‘ night. We waited 20 min for a drink and over an hour to receive our entrees. The shrimp etoufee was pretty good the ‘creole’ filet was so salty it was inedible. The oyster appetizer was gritty and tasteless. The fried green tomatoes were good. The beignets were tough and served cold. It was very expensive and just not really worth it. The server said she had 16 tables. She was confused and disorganized and it appeared unable to keep up with her patrons. She kept apologizing …. For the service, for the food , for everything. We felt sorry for her. If this special night was a new endeavor, which I think it was, they were unprepared to offer it. We were not in a hurry but the service was just painfully slow and lacking. We hope they get it together because it is a gem of a space but the food and service are currently lacking.

   Very cool vibe. Live music which was nice. Service was a bit slow at first but improved. Will recommend.

   Absolutely loved this place! The only negative that we experienced was the amount of noise. It was hard to carry on a conversation at our own table. But other than that, as far as the food and service goes…again, outstanding!
