Absolutely incredible experience at Windsor Arms tea room. From the moment you walk in, you feel at home yet the grandeur of the space feels like you have been transported through time. The staff welcomed us graciously and guided us through the entire experience. Every detail is immaculate and each bite and sip was delectable. The best tea experience in Toronto, by far!

Overall it was what one would and should expect from the Windsor Arms: excellent in every way. Two small things prevented it from being superb: First, the décore was dated and, really, there was just too much lavender. Second, I needed to ask the server to put the leftovers in the box provided. At this level and price, this should have been a standard service.

Overall it was a good experience. We like the food and service was great. The water temperature for the tea was lukewarm and that is why we have the 4 stars rating.

The service was great. Sandwiches seemed like they had been prepared much earlier and not as fresh. The desserts were crumbly as well.

Fantastic experience at The Tea Room in the Windsor Arms Hotel. Beautiful location, friendly staff and delicious food. Couldn't finish it all but The Tea Room provided us with elegant take-away boxes which was a lovely way to carry the luxury/experience home with us. Wonderful place to spend or host a birthday as we did. Highly recommend.
