   Service and food were excellent! The chair I sat in was rickety and the tables are placed too close to one another for my taste. So, this is my only “complaint”. My wife’s steak, ordered”well done” which is not always done well, was excellent. Thank you! My beef stew starter and pork ramen entree were both very flavorful and delicious. Very nice evening!

   Dinner at The White Buffalo was our best meal in Jackson Hole. The steaks are prime and taste it. They are expertly cooked and when requested served with a final sear on a block of hot Himalayan salt at no extra charge. This is their version of Ruth Chris’ hot sizzling serving platter, and we liked it. Inexplicably the night we dined they were “out” of ribeyes and bone marrow. Nevertheless, we ordered ribeye in a 32 oz. Tomahawk version. This is the in vogue thing where you pay for a huge, attached dinosaur bone that has no meat on it, but the cut is very popular in steakhouses and perhaps connects with our subliminal caveman. It was delicious. The cut includes two sides, we ordered nicely sautéed mushrooms and the Hasselbqck potatoes. The chef has his own version of this and it is worth trying. The restaurant is steakhouse quiet which is a nice change from most Jackson Hole restaurants. Corkage fee is very generous on a national scale, $35/ bottle. One surprise was that despite opening our bottles, the waiter and manager never offered to actually pour the wines. We had to do it. That being said, the waiter was very accommodating in all respects and very professional.

   Sat 15 min after our reservation and was ignored another 15 min after being sat. Server was uninterested and felt like they were understaffed. Drinks and food were incredible. I expect better service for a restaurant that is this pricey!

   This place was delicious. Amazing food, unique service, our waitress (Jarvis) was super funny and very very good at her job. The general manager was an awesome guy also. We will definitely come back here on our next visit to Jackson.

   Literally the best pork chop in JHole. Service was wonderful and attentive. Very cool vibe. But I couldn’t give them 5 stars bc they allowed a very large dog into the restaurant and watching this dog being fed scraps from the table was unappealing - to say the least. (And no this was not a service dog.) For a meal that expensive, one shouldn’t have to share it with a dog IMHO.

   Everything was Excellent !! Highly recommend if you are in Jackson Hole -Mist eat here !!!! Steaks are the Best cooked to perfection ! We got Lobster Mac & Cheese ,Brussel Sprouts & Garlic Mashed Potatoes all Excellent !! Service was outstanding ! Will be back on next visit to Jackson Hole

    Great place for sizzling steak in a salt block. Desserts are worth saving room for! Ambience is sophisticated and inviting - worth the experience.
