   Simply put this place is chaotic and out of control. Nothing nice about. And the receptionist is beyond rude continually apply her lip gloss as she talked to you. This place is like a McDonald’s play house

   Exceptional Christmas Eve dinner at Tommy’s. It’s the most consistently excellent dining experience on the Big Island. Thanks to Johnny, Jason, Dawn, Erin, Craig, Casey and all the staff for many great meals over 2024.

   Highly recommend this restaurant We were a family of 10 and received the best meal and service of our vacation. Our server was friendly attentive and fun. The food was outstanding. There was live music that was enjoyable as background music. Not too loud and a talented musician. Only problem is they are so popular you need to reserve long in advance but well worth the effort.

   One of the best meals we had on our trip which surprised us honestly! Everyone loved their food (mahi mahi, ribs, and wagyu ribeye) and waiter was superb!
