   We can always count on an excellent dining experience at Tommy Bahama. From the terrific personable service from our Server Amy M to the delicious cuisine. The ambiance is also very nice and upbeat. I ordered a full rack of ribs which was huge…more like a rack and a half. It was very tasty and meaty and not fatty. It is the more traditional “fall off the bone” ribs. Although I do prefer the chew off the bone…I call those “fighters”. I always order my ribs very charred. These were prepared perfectly. As a side I ordered their fresh cut fries (well done) also very good. The barbecue sauce was very flavorful and had just the right amount of kick. It was such a huge order I could only eat a half a rack and took the other full rack home. They always brought their excellent bread out with delicious cinnamon butter. When they didn’t we asked Amy if they had their famous bread and butter. For some reason, it’s now by request only yet still no charge. Just as good as always. Another great dining experience!

   Excellent service. The only hiccup was the appetizer came out with the main course. They apologized. Good food, great atmosphere. Friendly service.

   We arrived at the reservation assigned time and were seated. After a while our order was taken. My soup was served first with no spoon. There were no spoons on the table. After a very long wait the server returned. I asked for fresh soup since mine was then cold. When the server returned the same soup had been microwaved, not replaced, as was evidenced by the same spill drops it was originally served with. The rest of the meal progressed with long intervals of wait between server appearances.

   What a wonderful evening! The ambiance with the Christmas lights in the neighboring trees and the music made it a lovely evening to celebrate our anniversary. The food was excellent! So glad the crab, avocado salad is back on the menu! Our server was very attentive and did a great job.
