It was an office holiday luncheon. It took a few minutes for the waitress to stop by and take our order, but after that slight delay, everything was excellent. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I plan to return.

Fantastic service for a big chain. Food was great, if a tad overpriced. Service was warm and inviting. Nice atmosphere, will probably go back.

We were pleasantly surprised with the "new" Trademark since their recent refurbishment. It looks terrific, is more user-friendly with seating areas and coffee bar.. We were pleased with the tweaks to the cocktail and dinner menu and the service was, as always, exemplary.

Food was fine, server was much better on 6/9 than the one we had on 6/8. Seated at hightop table next to the bar and the upholstery was worn, had tears and in need of replacement. This place seemed short-staffed considering the number of tables occupied.

Small menu, but great food. The portions were huge! The fish and chips could easily feed two people! We had reservations towards the end of happy hour and it was quite loud and hard to hear at first (not great acoustics) but after it settled down a bit it was easier to hear others at your table. Service was a bit slow, but it’s because they appeared to be short staffed that night. There was one woman who was running the whole floor, including attending to the hostess stand and phone. She was working her tail off taking care of everyone and running food as fast as she could, I give her credit for managing so many tables at once! I would definitely stop in again and grab drinks and try some appetizers. I think they also change out a few items their menu regularly to keep it fun and interesting.
