This was our first time at Trio and we were not disappointed. Delicious food, great service in a lovely setting. Definitely recommend to others.

Very disappointed in the New Years menu this year. The set menu had not been available on Trios website prior, as in previous years. Instead of the pasta dish, a citrus salad would have been a nice palette cleanser before eating the rich veal loin. The sauce tasted the same with the pasta as the veal. The Pacific shrimp and poached rock oysters however, were the highlight of then dinner.

Yummy, several things our party not crazy about eating (red deer ragù and sausage, poached oysters) but otherwise food was delicious.

Not wonderful. The food was overly complicated (catch of the day with sauteed grapes and mashed potato drowned in white sauce?) There are better places to eat in PV. We won't be back.

One of our favorite restaurants in Vallarta and as usual, did not disappoint. Service was a little off tonight, but they were crazy busy, so they get a pass tonight. If you haven’t tried, you are in for a treat!!
