We had Christmas Eve dinner they offered a special five course meal option. Everything was delicious and far more than we could eat. We will enjoy left leftover turkey and sides. The ambiance is amazing and every member of the staff that we interacted with was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend making Trio a must visit when you are in PV.

Christmas Eve fixed price menu service was a bust. The service was the worst we’ve ever experienced at this Puerto Vallarta mainstay restaurant. Food was meh, and service was nearly non-existent. Complaints to management yielded no result.

we are a middle-class couple that is leaning toward higher quality culinary experiences. while there must be fancier and "techier" dunning options available in Puerto Vallarta, we find Trio restaurant next to perfect place that offers thoughtfully prepared and delivered meals, services, the interior, and background audio selection. it's now our #1 dining choice in PV. The only thing that is missing is a reference to this restaurant on the Michelline's restaurants giude.

Trio is one of the best restaurants we have ever been to in our travels around the world. Food is delicious, well prepared and beautifully presented and the chef is to be commended. We only wish the owner would decide to open another Trio in San Diego so we could have this wonderful culinary experience on a more regular basis. Trio is always the highlight of our visit to Puerto Vallarta. The wait staff is also the best we’ve ever experienced…very attentive but not hovering All in all a wonderful dining experience
