   We are True Food fans and always enjoy our dinner but tonight they had the b team in the kitchen. Our food was slow to arrive. We waited 20 minutes between our appetizer and main course. Worst of all was the “roasted butternut squash pizza.” It was a disaster! Basically they took a cooked pizza crust base and tossed steamed and slimy oily veges on top. The description was “roasted” and not only was it not roasted the squash was borderline raw and served as giant medallions that slid off as soon as you picked it up. I asked for chicken on top and they tossed in giant chunks of chicken last minute. The pizza was ridiculous. I was so starved that I ate most of it because I didn’t want to wait again for a second choice. Also my son got the wrong side and before we ordered the server had a list of things they were out of. It was weird. We will probably take a break from TF for a while.

   We loved it all! We had an amazing server and the menu was abundant with healthy options (and no seed oils!). Can’t wait to return to True Food Kitchen.

   We come often and are there because of the food options and come back because of the service. Last night, great service (again) by Jake with visits from Derek (which we appreciate) to say hello and see if he could add anything to enhance our visit as well.

   Great healthy food. Love the variety and something for all types of eaters - vegan, GF, and meat eaters. Ambiance not great; somewhat like a food court.

   Amazing! The grassfed burger with gluten free bun was so good. I added lettuce and tomato. The hot tulsi tea omg! The gluten free flat bread is the best anywhere! Our server was great!

   Visited Saturday for a birthday dinner. Initial service was a bit slow, but entree delivery took over 45 minutes. Maybe it was our order because 2 other tables got their entrees before we did, and we didn’t receive any updates from our server without us asking. Everyone seemed overly busy. Servers were very nice, management was empathetic, Properly-wise, lovely open kitchen, but created more noise than other True Food Kitchens. Bathrooms were not kept up.

    I’ve been to this location before but the quality and care in their preparation was truly lacking this time. I had an ancient grain bowl and the sweet potatoes were undercooked, the onions seemed not fresh, and the other ingredients were just poorly prepared. It also was sort of thrown together and the presentation was disappointing and sloppy. I’m not even a foodie and I noticed this. To be fair, I did provide this feedback to the server and she offered to have the chef remake it, or have me order something else. I politely declined, but appreciated the offer. I probably won’t be returning.
