   Our Server was outstanding and the food was excellent. It has been quite a while since my last visit here and the service has improved dramatically. Well done Turtle Jack staff.

   Always good service and food. Had their soup & salad; barley soup that had chunks of carrots and the caesar salad was very good. Would definitely return.

   We had a great dinner at Turtle Jacks. We really enjoyed our food. The service was fast and the wait staff was very attentive.

   There were 4 of us for a dinner reservation at 6:30 pm. We were sat at a nice table but near a speaker that was having issues and bouncing bass around. We asked our server to please have it turned down or off bc it wasnt working. It got turned down but still not enough. We asked to speak to a manager. The server came back and said the manager was busy but would see us in 15 min. She rudely never showed up. We were finished our dinner and mentioned that the manager didnt show. She finally came out and was rude and said she was too busy. Really?? And her attitude was so unprofessional - certainly not fit to be one. And dressed inappropriately as well - not on a managerial level. Turtle Jacks is a restaurant - not a night club. Lower the music during dinner times so people can hear themselves think and be able to have conversations with people seated at the same table. Food was good and our server Bianca was lovely. We’ll go to Waterdown TJ next time where they are respectable and appreciative of their customers

   Had lunch with friends today. We all ordered something different and we all enjoyed our meals very much. Our server Heather was wonderful. So efficient and kind and friendly!!! It was a lovely lunch in a lovely restaurant!!!

   I am writing this review on this reservayion because I cannot get on my most recent visit. I made an Open Table reservation on Jan 9th for 12:45. We arrived a little early (about 12:35), the young woman saw our reservation, and we were seated. We had a nice lunch, paid using our credit card and left. At approx. 1:48 pm I received an email saying the restaurant had cancelled our reservation! I contacted Turtle Jacks, asked for someone who understood Open Table system. She said she did. I explained what had happened and she said she would correct this. Well, it is now 3 days later, my reservation does not appear on my profile nor do my points! I am writing this to advise anyone making a reservation at this restaurant to make sure they are acknowledging your reservation correctly. Otherwise we like this restaurant and their wait staff are always efficient.

    Greeted when we came in. Ambience was quite nice. Good portion sizes. Food was delicious.
