   We went for dinner on Christmas. It was our first time and it was such a nice setting for a special evening. The service and food were excellent!

   We wanted to try something different so we booked Christmas dinner for 4 and it was the BEST decision! Mom had shrimp cocktail appetizer, they were HUGE! Her meal was scallops that was cooked perfectly, my son had the Salmon and there wasn’t anything left on his plate! Hubby had a NY and it was so thick and cooked exactly as ordered, I had the Pierogis w/duck confit, which I had never tried before but love pierogis so I gave it a try and could of had another it was SOOO GOOD! The service was very attentive and the prices were very reasonable. We were Very pleased with Twin Creeks at the Silverton. We will be dining here again foot sure!! Thank you for making this a great Christmas dinner!

   We came with a friend for Christmas dinner. Although the restaurant was crowded,, the service was excellent. Now for the food, the meals were fantastic. We had the sea bass and our friend had chicken. The food as usual was excellent.. I would recommend Twin Creeks to anyone for an intimate occasion or a meal with friends! Thank you for making our Chridtmas meal special!

   It was a beautiful spot food was amazing. Service was ok the waitress did not really seem to want to be there . Other than that all way amazing !

   We absolutely love the ambiance, the aesthetics were beautiful, every tan member was delightful, attentive and professional. The food was delicious, steaks cooked to perfection, the desserts were delectable& the ice tea cubes were such an elegant touch to the dinner experience. Oh, and the happy Anniversary card, hands signed by the team members was beautiful touch. It was the perfect venue for celebrating my sister D her husbands anniversary. Lovely experience!

   Order the seafood platter, which was great all around. I had the stroganoff and my buddy did a ribeye. I’d give the stroganoff a 4 out of 5. But I’m tainted as I make this dish a lot and I make a solid dish. Me and my buddy are both cooks which makes dinning out tough. His ribeye was in his words a boiled steak. Grey with weak grill lines. Asked to at least char it and manager said ok but it will change the temp. They obviously use Sous Vide method to cook their steaks and then just dump them on the grill for a second. When he came back we talked and he agreed to rightfully pull it from our bill. I won’t go back to get a steak there given that experience. Nice place, but poor execution on their steaks.

    Wonderful service, beautiful ambiance. The staff were extremely pleasant and tentative. All the food was delicious and had wonderful flavor…EXCEPT for the steak. Everything had been so wonderful, we were extremely excited when our steaks were served. Both were overcooked, very dry, and lacked flavor. I’m not sure I have ever had a filet so dry at MR temp. The aged ribeye was no better. We both left a fair amount of meat on our plates and that never happens. I would possibly give it a go again, but for a check that was over $300 I’d be cautious.
