Hemos estado en ese restaurante varias veces y ayer tuvimos muy mala suerte con la cena. Las Lamb Chops totalmente pura grasa, fue una lástima porque generalmente son muy buenas. Pedimos 4 filetes y 2 de ellos no llegaron en el término que se pidió. En fin fue mala cena.

I celebrated my birthday at the Chop House and the manager made me a special mocktail and we enjoyed our perfectly cooked steaks followed by the delicious lava cake. We will definitely be celebrating more milestones at the Chop House in the future. We also love the patio for Après!

We dined at Vail Chophouse during our recent trip to Vail. The restaurant is located right at the bottom of the gondola in Lionshead Village which was very close and convenient to our hotel. Our server was friendly and attentive. We ordered the French Onion Soup, two filets and a side caesar side and mashed potatoes. We ordered our filets medium rare, but they were severely undercooked. I was only able to eat a few bites. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were from a box and the caesar salad was just okay. For this price point, I would go somewhere else.

Vail Chophouse is super convenient and an easy shuttle ride from Vail Road. 15 minute walk to delicious food and great service. Recommend for any occasion.
