    For Valentine's Day, Friday February 14th, 2025, Chefs Dustin Valette & Derek Mattern have created an extraordinary 5 Course Tasting Menu with two optional additions. 7 grams of Valette Caviar ($25), and 1/2 Roasted Maine Lobster ($41). Dinner is $135 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations for our indoor and outdoor dining spaces are available from 5:00pm to 9:30pm. Please note that the regular dinner menu will not be offered this evening. We do require a credit card number to pre-pay your Valentine's Day dinner. Should the need arise, cancellation may be made up to 72 hours prior to the reservation date and time. If the cancellation is made after that point, the charge is $135 per person, and will be charged to your credit card.

    A highly recommended restaurant. It was our second time there. This visit, however, with a party of five, the server seemed rushed and not very welcoming. We were not expecting to spend all night, but from the placement of the menus and the breezing through the specials, which required repeating, to serving our wine and dishes, it seemed like the server was either behind or they were short on help. Each dish was plopped down and the server whisked away. The sommelier was excellent. The ambiance was great. The food was good, but not maybe what I would expect from a Thomas Keller trained chef. And the one person who needed to have his plate perfectly done, my son's New York strip was over-cooked, certainly not medium-rare like he requested. I would still recommend Valette, but when they are competing with the Dry Creek Kitchen and The Matheson, I expected better.

    From the moment we were greeted by Lily to the friendly staff, it started the evening with good experiences. Thanks to Brian from Crux winery for the recommendation, the chef tasting menu is the way to go! Two of us had mostly different dishes so we got to try more varieties. Very reasonably priced. We saw many brought their own wines, great idea since the corkage is not too high. Nice ambiance, overall a nice evening with good food.

    We were greeted by the host as soon as we walked in. He was awesome. Super personable and knew it was our anniversary. From that point on everything was so smooth. Service was spot on. They brought us two glasses of champagne and a Happy Anniversary card. So unexpected! From there it was a delight to look over the menu. The choices all seemed mouth watering. What we ordered exceeded our expectations. After our appetizer and entree, we had dessert that topped off the evening. Our experience was accentuated with the right musical vibe and ambience that surrounded us all evening. Great night!

    My husband wanted to go to the restaurant for years and years. We should never have waited. I cannot say enough good things as our meal is one to remember from start to finish. One guidance, try to sit at the bar. The interactions with the bartenders and other guests make the meal even more special.

    I have been to Valette a couple of times before and loved it. The Scallops are the star on the menu! Decided to splurge for my birthday dinner and had the Chef's tasting menu with wine pairing. We all agreed it was a fantastic experience and again...the Scallops were everyones favorite! We were seated at the Chef's table near the open kitchen. It was really fun we also had a personal visit from Chef Dustin and his adorable dad too!
