    My husband wanted to go to the restaurant for years and years. We should never have waited. I cannot say enough good things as our meal is one to remember from start to finish. One guidance, try to sit at the bar. The interactions with the bartenders and other guests make the meal even more special.

    I have been to Valette a couple of times before and loved it. The Scallops are the star on the menu! Decided to splurge for my birthday dinner and had the Chef's tasting menu with wine pairing. We all agreed it was a fantastic experience and again...the Scallops were everyones favorite! We were seated at the Chef's table near the open kitchen. It was really fun we also had a personal visit from Chef Dustin and his adorable dad too!

    Wasn’t knock your socks off. Scallops were the winner. Service, though nice, was lacking. Overall, don’t need to return.

    Wonderful experience. Staff went above and beyond for my wife’s bday. All the food was incredible (poke, soup, pork, duck, etc). Generous portions of everything too. Thanks for another memorable evening!!

    The service is particularly good. The food is exceptional - especially their bone marrow with the prime New York Strip. Wonderful wine selection and extraordinary desserts!

    We were a party of three and everyone loved the food. We sampled the steak tartar, steelhead trout, pork chop, pumpkin soup, and salads. We also thoroughly enjoyed our cocktails. Great wine list.
