   Via Brasil was always a dependable destination in our date night rotation and a special occasion favorite. Sadly, our last two visits have not lived up to the high expectations they set in previous visits. The service is always stellar, the restaurant itself is beautiful, but on the last two occasions the food was mediocre and the bill was higher than we pay at other Brazilian AYCE steakhouses. The meat was inconsistently seasoned, unevenly cooked, and the meat was not the high quality we used to get. Hopefully this local favorite can regain it's footing and get back to the level they were on, pre-COVID.

   The variety of options on the buffet are awesome. The attention to detail of the server was quite good. The gauchos are personable and pleasant! A beautiful experience all around.

   Came here with my family for my 21st birthday and I absolutely loved it! The all-you-can-eat meat is obviously the highlight but their salad bar and their side dishes are also very good. I will say that I was disappointed by the yuca fries and wouldn’t order them from here again. the fried rice from the salad bar was okay but they surprisingly had very good alfredo which i thought was a little funny. overall, great restaurant with a fantastic ambiance and staff!

   So we went here for dinner, it was not the first time and definitely won't be the last. We were celebrating our daughters 5th birthday (Brazilian Steakhouses are her favorite. ) So we get there we are seated right away. Our servers Lorena and Lucy were amazing. Lorena who was well typical of what a Brazilian women should be sweet, sassy, and had that Brazilian/ latina natural beauty was very responsive to our tables needs. Lucy was awesome she made sure to check on the table over and over and made sure everyone got all the meats and she took her time with my inlaws to make sure that they understood how the systems works as it was thier first time ever in a Brazilian Steakhouse. So that was our servers who were amazing. Now let's get to the Gauchos or Passadors: if I didn't know better I would've thought that Leo and Bryce were our personal chefs, they were at the table all the time making sure we got everything we wanted including getting me a skewer of Corazon con Pollo (Chicken Hearts) However while I got chicken hearts we didn't get any chicken from the kitchen however it wasn't missed lol. So as our dinner went on we meet the Manager Santos who was AMAZING. You could see he had a good handle on the floor and was aware of what was going on. With my father in law and myself both bieng retired Chef owner operators of restaurants we were very impressed with Santos. Torwarda the end of dinner Anna one of the owners came in, was taking temps on the salad bar with the managers and just working with her team it was just a great experience all the way around. Thank you to everyone especially the names mentioned you all stood out enough for me to not only Tell Santos how awesome you guys were but to come home and battle "The Itis or Meat Coma lol to get this post up. Thank you guys for everything.

   We enjoyed the Philly Empanada along with the salad bar. The music has been toned down and we could pleasantly enjoy conversation in the bar.

   For someone who eats a lot of different meats this is a great place to come and for the value it was great. We personally don't eat beef, but we did try some so the value for us was good. All of the meats we had was very flavorful and liked the fact you offered many different sides to supplement the meal.

    Waitress staff not efficient and priority to large wedding and parties. No interest in small parties waited past reservations. Not friendly at all Food was average and mass production lost quality
