Great spot; so glad we chose to dine here! From the bruschetta to the cannolis, everything was top notch! Highly recommend the Vesuvio entrée for garlic lovers. The Veal Parmesan, a classic choice, was crispy and tender. The ambiance was cozy, relaxed, and modern. Absolutely plan on returning to explore more of this delicious menu. 10/10

We have been long time Viaggios fans. We first found them after they were in an episode of check please. This visit was clearly a change in the food, quality and service. I reviewed the menu online and old pricing still on the website. Example:the Brick chicken was listed as $38, the current price is $54 or $58 (cannot remember exact price). What a clear difference. Prices were high, yet food quality and service was extremely lacking. I was seated for over 15 minutes without being acknowledged. I assumed it was because the remainder of my party was not there. Of course they were outside waiting on valet (which I was assured they had on both sides of the street, yet even after coming in to speak with the hostess there was no valet). Once we were all present we were given the bread. First disappointment was the bread “roll”. We received bread for our party of 4. It was a very crispy, black, burnt on the bottom 3 inches of dried scored bread roll. The house salad had very wilted tasteless vegetables. The Brick chicken smelled and tasted good. The issue was so many bones left intact. No lemon on the plate. The broccolini was tasty. My lasagna was listed as a “bolognese sauce.” The making of the lasagna layers were, pasta, beef, cheese, repeat. No sauce in between. The layers were covered in melted cheese which looked good. The problem was the sauce poured over the meal. It tasted like tomato soup out of a can. The plain sauce was labeled as bolognese. Since there was beef in the lasagna layers, they did try to imply a “bolognese sauce”. The busboys did a great job running for items the server forgot. Every time our server came over, it seemed he was already on to another task and barely had time to fit us in. My other 2 guests had the filet/sauce/ mashed potatoes which were fabulous. We were never asked about dessert. Soda/tea never refilled. My water glass was refilled after our check came. Slightly disappointing as I drank all the water on table. Never again. C-

Exceptional staff at this cozy gem. The lasagna is large enough to split. The meatball salad appetizer is a must as is the tiramisu. Large wine selection too. Reservations highly recommended.

I would have given it more stars but for a Tuesday evening we were not greeted, the host was too busy talking with manager and picking up a phone call re: a party of 14, the waitress was not personable, the ladies restroom hand dryer was broken and there were no paper towels, one of the two sink fixtures was broken/lose, restroom could be nicer and functional…. I did notify bartender who only grinned and knodded her head. The food and wine was delicious. I had the special penne pasta with crumbled sausage , the house cabarnet wine and tiramisu. The displayed sports memorabilia clashes with the decor.

Good food and great service. Didn’t like the pork chops much. The pasta rigatoni and tiramisu are a must try. The place is too noisy but overall we totally recommend the place.

This is not the old Viaggio’s, so if you’ve not been in a while, the inside will be a bit of a surprise as it lost some of that intimate family feel in the move. This new space is nicely decorated and gives that old world Italian meets new upscale feel - not bad but different. Then there’s the staff and food, which have not changed (well some staff are new) and then you remember why you love the place. Never had a bad meal here - ever - over the many years I’ve been there. Soooo gooood!!
