   I want to give them a good review since the Asheville area is bouncing back, and our overall stay at Biltmore has been wonderful. Unfortunately, our experience at the Village Social was disappointing. This was a birthday celebration before going to the candlelight tour, but it took so long to get our food that we didn't have time to eat, much less celebrate with dessert. The she-crab bisque was thick like chowder and clumpy. The pot roast that I only had time for a few bites of was very dry. Even if I had the time, I wouldn't have eaten it. I could barely get it down. It was a disappointing meal on an otherwise great trip.

   We arrived a little earlier but hostess seat us right away. Our waitress was amazing so bubbly and smiling all the time, but I am ashamed that I can’t remember her name ughhh!!! She made out dinner experience so memorable. The food was amazing everything we had was delicious, my husband had the burger and I had the grits and shrimp sooooo delicious. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Hope we can come back soon!

   We went to Village Social prior to going to the Candlelight Christmas tour, and our experience was excellent. Good service, good food, and beautiful atmosphere! Easy parking close to the restaurant. We were very happy with this restaurant!
