Welcome to our classroom! Waterleaf, located in College of DuPage’s Culinary & Hospitality Center, is a dining experience that offers real-life training to Culinary, Baking & Pastry Arts, and Hospitality students. Patrons will enjoy menus utilizing fresh regional and seasonal ingredients prepared by Culinary & Pastry students as well as attentive service from our student servers.
Limited seating is available at each event and reservations are required. Reservations may be made until an event is sold out. For parties of 6 or more, please call us directly at 630-942-2284.

    Fabulous! What an interesting meal and a fantastic experience. The food was amazing and our server/student Mark was so personable. He made our experience absolutely wonderful as well as the leader/teacher and other students, and actually the other diners that we spoke to! Everyone was having a terrific time. We can not wait to go back!

    My husband and I had the Alaska lunch at Waterleaf. The sour red cabbage and beet soup was a surprise— not vinegary/acidic but a bit sweet. Very good! Delicious arugula salad and great boneless pork chop and barley side. Homemade bread to start and berry cobbler to finish. Superb service. A wonderful experience!

    The food was excellent, and our waitress, Sophie, was very attentive and knew what she was doing. Overall, you cannot beat the quality and value for their 3 course lunch.

    The food was excellent as usual. Especially loved the broccoli soup. Our server Gwendolyn was exceptional and very attentive. My friends and I love this place! Can’t wait until we go back again.

    Finally able to secure a reservation. The chefs prepared a creative tasting menu. The bottle of red wine was very good and affordable. The lasagna was the best course.

    I had lunch today at Waterleaf, it was amazing. Our server Charlotte was very attentive and did a great job. I have had lunch at Waterleaf four times already this year and plan on visiting one more time before the holiday.

    The Crawfish Bisque was excellent. It was served warm and very fresh tasting. The Creole Caesar dressing needed a stronger dressing. The Whitefish could have been more blackened. Our server was professional and attentive.
