    I had made a reservations for my boyfriend’s 50th birthday. Although the food was delicious and promptly served I do have 3 complaints. In the notes section of my reservation I wanted the waiter/waitress to write on the dessert plate happy 50th birthday my love. However, the reservation note was not acknowledged and I had to whisper to him look at the note, in addition the note I wanted was not written in the plate nor was he sang happy birthday to. I do appreciate that the birthday dessert was comped. Also, I’m not sure why the waiter did not communicate the specials to me as the table next to us was. And lastly, I think waterman grille should be more attentive to their inventory because it’s odd to run out of one of your choices of wine at 6pm on a Saturday night.

    We enjoyed another delightful dinner at the Waterman Grille. My salmon was delicious and surrounded by incredibly tasty accompaniments. The shrimp dish was a bit rich for my husband and did not have the same standout flavors that my dish had but the Waterman salad was excellent with a light dressing that added to the fresh greens. The service was attentive but not overwhelming.

    Who knew sitting out in the deck would be so COMFORTABLE during the winter???? Food and service was great but the vibe was the cherry on top!

    Service was extremely slow, took over ten minutes to be greeted once sat, and we were halfway through our appetizers before our drinks arrived (over half an hour since being sat). We were told the bar was backed up, however tables sat after us received drinks without delay. The food was delicious, we would have preferred much faster service and a the ability to enjoy more cocktails, we noticed two glasses of wine were not on the bill, but no explanation was given, so I guess that was an apology. Hoping the pace is better next time we return.

    Great time. Service was good but too many interruptions. Busy time of year so kudos to keeping things moving. We love the group and its restaurants.

    We were a party of 4 and 1 had Artic Char and loved it 3 had the Ribeye and all were cooked as ordered 👍. However the twice baked potatoes were not at all what we anticipated. They lacked thought in preparation and were very small-not a winner. Appetizer of deviled eggs were tasty but I think for $9.00 per order you should get more than one and a half eggs per order.
