Me and my friends came here for Valentine’s Day we had a reservation for 9:15 we got there and checked in around 905 and we were sat around 10:10. We waited a whole hour even though we had reservations. We were told people with reservations at 5 were coming at 7 and they still took them which messed everything up. Poor management. We should not have had to wait an hour because you decided to take others past your “ten minute grace period”. They did not offer us complimentary refreshment or a snack nor was anything comped from our meal. We ended leaving later than we wanted. The hosts were all looking stressed and hectic, the server was very mid no personality and twice a lady took my plate without asking if I was done which I wasn’t. We waited an hour to be sat just to be rushed out. The food and drinks were good but the service ruined the whole experience for us. We did not appreciate the automatic 20% gratuity we came wanting to give that and more but with the service we received it was not worth that. We will definitely not be coming back here.

Went there for Valentine’s Day and arrived before my reservation time. We were not seated until 45 mins after reservation time. We were then proceeded upstairs to where tables were setup in the event space. Being it that it was not the primary dinning area, there were limited drinks available compared to the full menu of drinks downstairs. Understood it was pre-fix menu, selections were very limited for the entire menu. For the food, it was just okay, not terrible or impressive. It was my first experience there and ended up being underwhelming.

Beyond disappointing. No quality in pointless Valentine's Day menu. I made reservations on Jan 18th with the sole purpose of trying the normal menu at Waterside Restaurant. It was not disclosed that the Valentine's Day menu would be the only menu offered. Server quality/attention to customers was horrible. Appetizer was brought after I completed main entree, main entree was not exciting. Desert was brought to me and my wife after we were given our total bill of $300.00. Money that should have been thrown in the Hudson River that we forced to look at on the second floor of Waterside Restaurant. Dining on the second floor of Waterside was the equivalent of eating in a middle school cafeteria. Service was really slow and servers seemed to really be behind/non attentive to customers. For an organization that has been in business/operating for quite sometime, performance and service was very amateur. Cannot in clear conscience recommend anyone utilize the Waterside Restaurant for anything related to fine dining/catering events. Sincerely, find cupid somewhere else.

Went for Valentine's day dinner. The menu was a nice pre fix dinner with a nice selection. The service amazing! The ambiance beautiful! But when I got the penne vodka it was overdone, the chicken was dry, and the lobster tail dry and rubbery! Why??? Good thing for the view and attentive servers, and a doggy bag for a very happy pooch! Go for drinks and maybe an appetizer not for the overpriced overcooked dry meal!

We had a lovely time celebrating valentines day early. The whole staff was very polite and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious, especially the west coast oysters and the mango mojito! It was hard to choose from the appetizers, everything looked good to try. The decor, the view and the atmosphere during lunch was very nice. We would highly recommend.
