   My kids and I went Zehnder’s Restaurant for my birthday, and we had a great time. We had the all-you-can eat family style chicken dinner. My kids added jumbo shrimp to their meals. I ordered the family feast for myself which came with jumbo shrimp, prime rib, and apple strudel. That was in addition to the chicken. Everything we ate was delicious. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Our waiter was very nice and professional. I made dinner reservations ahead of time because I knew it would be packed during the Christmas season!

   It’s definitely necessary to have a reservation at Zehnders during the holiday season. We walked in and were immediately seated. CJ was a great waiter and the food was amazing. I don’t live too far away but still like to come and experience the lovely Frankenmuth from time to time.

   Are waitress Emma was fantasshe was very energetic, a people person definitely there was 3 of us my daughters birthday is on Christmas so everything was great

   This was my husband and my first time at Zehnder’s and we were blown away! Our server, Rebecca was amazing. She was so friendly, helpful, and attentive; she really helped make the experience as great as it was! The food was delicious, we got the all you care to eat chicken dinner and enjoyed everything so much. We will definitely be back!

   Wonderful place to eat. We go for special occasions and Holidays, or just about anytime. The food is always great. We always get the family chicken style dinner. This time we were there to see Christmas lights and celebrate Christmas with our daughter and son and his wife, while my daughter was home from Virginia. She originally from Bay City, and Zehnders is favorite place, the food never disappoints.

    Zehnder's has consistently excellent food. It may be pricey, but at least you know what you will get. I generally get the family style fried chicken dinner. The chicken is excellent. The first round of dishes include great cole slaw, amazing cranberry relish, and stollen (my favorite German bread) among other things. The main course includes the fried chicken, mashed potatoes, stuffing, vegetables (of which hubbard squash is the most excellent), noodles (a favorite of all kids in my family). Yum!! This time of year you can even get peppermint stick ice cream for dessert. It doesn't get any better than that!
